Overview

A monorepo with separate backend, web, mobile, and shared-contract packages. The mobile app is a student-facing companion that reuses the backend APIs instead of duplicating business logic. The value is the breadth of product boundaries: public content, protected administration, membership, event registration, attendance, and mobile access all share reliable data and roles. The repository also holds roadmaps, so planned features are not presented as complete.
